  Kind workers, friendly atmosphere!
  There is a great mix of both women and men of various builds and levels of fitness, so it's easy to feel comfortable. The trainers always make sure to check in on you!
  I actually look forward to coming to the gym, and I've already seen improvements. I'm going to start riding my bike to and from so that I can do my cardio before and after, and spend more time with the weights.
